Reviews
"Out of nowhere they closed the pediatric urgent care at Fogelsville and are just casually asking all patients to go to the one in Macungie, which is nowhere near this location. Why would you do this? Your location is in the middle of huge housing developments with young families. Can’t be a financial reason, we see LVHN spending money all over the place."
"The staff are always friendly and helpful. Great doctors!!"
"No respect for anyone's time. Make sure you prepare for hours here! If you were 45 mins late for your appointment they wouldn't see you and they would charge you!! But it's ok for you to wait!!"
"Ill start with this is not the first time this place has done this. We had a 945 appointment for a check-up and 3 shots. They didn't come get us from the waiting room till almost 1010 the doctor showed up at 1030 left at 1036 and then they didn't show up to give the shots till 1117 which took about 3 min and now that means our baby couldn't get dressed for over a hour. Its hands down the worst service I've ever had anywhere. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Please do yourself a favor and chose a good pediatrician. Why I a it the only people in the world that think this is acceptable is doctors. This needs to change."
"Our Doctor here felt masking a 2-3 year old toddler is safe practice. Even with deficits in psychosocial and growth development milestones my child has been struggling with. If a pediatrician thinks masking a toddler from covid is a good idea, they should not be allowed to practice medicine. The WHO recommended 5 and under don't wear masks, for reasons I cited above, plus the child doesn't have the capacity to understand how and why to wear a mask properly. This pediatrician office decision appears politically motivated, and not based on science and medicine, or common sense."
