I tried to ask the lady at the express window but she would rather finish talking with a co-worker than answer my question. Then my appointment was for 11 and I sat in the lobby for almost 40 min so helpful before I could get seen for an appointment that was made for 11."

"The call you in the back and ya sit and wait for over an hour it's ridiculous! They can't keep a doctor more then a couple months ya get use to a doctor and then without warning you have an appointment and new doctor again"

"Went there to get checked out. The people there were so unprofessional and ignorant. I waited for 2 hours and have yet to be seen they told me that I will have to wait to be checked in but I was never checked in I was nauseous because of the heat I couldn’t stay any longer. The lady at the desk would get cocky and throw things at people as well. You are better off going to the ER because at least you will be able to check in. Definitely not a place where I would trust people with my health and body."

"Web site states they are open unto 7 PM. I had an appointment for an xray at 415, was there at 410. They refused to look up the oder in My Chart, refused to take the order had in my chart and said they punch out 423 so they would not do the x-ray. There you have it. That's the Geisinger way"
