"Absolutely great experience! The entire Hazelton staff was so nice and friendly! My son was really nervous about extraction but they all were so comforting to him and made his experience so good! Appointment was at 1:30 they let me stay with him and we were all done before 2pm. Will definitely recommend this place!"

"I don’t know what happen to this place. Had an appointment for 9:30am. I see people coming in and getting called right away. 2 hours later they call me with a big group that came hours after me. And then my kids were the last one to be seen. Never had this problem here."

"If I could give this office no stars I would. If it wasn't for the way the dental assistants interact with the children this would be an awful office. My children started going here about a year ago and it has been problem after problem ever since. First they charged me $141 for my son's tooth to be taken out, which was fine. I paid this at the appointment and that was that. I went to bring my daughter for her appt and they refused to see her because they said we still owed $150 for my sons extraction. After multiple talks with the manager who kept assuring me and my husband we were wrong, she reached out to their billing DIRECTOR. In between all of this we spoke with our insurance and they had said we were overcharged even the first time around it should only have been $112 because they are in networkcprovider. After going back with the director telling us we were wrong again we got on a 3 way call with the insurance and the director who finally showed them where the price was Iocated. And she said she needed to review and call us back that she missed the clause with the amount we should have been paying. We then rescheduled my daughter's appointment and when they called to confirm said there was a balance of $150 they had to take care of before seeing her. So again I had to reexplain and they finally said nevermind it's $10. Fast forward to now I called to ask a question about my daughter getting anesthesia and an appt for oral surgery and the manager had said she would call me back the next day after speaking with the doctor. It has been over 2 weeks since that call and I haven't heard back from her. So if you are paying out of pocket I would conform with your insurance that you are paying the correct amount."

"Horrible time management. My daughter was forgotten about in the waiting room, she was fasting so she was starving and upset for waiting so long. I had to ask them what was going on then they finally took us back. My daughter was already upset from being hungry and after numbing her she was a mess. They took forever to even come over to fix her filling and by then she had enough of being there and being strapped down. We left with her filling not fixed and on a waiting list for Allentown. Our appointment was at 9:30 and didn’t leave until 1:30. Absolutely ridiculous. My poor baby is terrified. Not sure why they didn’t offer anesthesia knowing she is only three years old and wouldn’t cooperate. Definitely do not recommend for dental work."

"Thanks to all the amazing staff at smiles for keeps, my son loves going to the dentist. All staff members, including those behind the check-in desk are kind, welcoming and down to earth. As a parent I am grateful for each and every member we communicate with for making our visits to the dentist office fun. The positive attitudes from the staff reflect the love for their career. I can’t express enough how friendly everyone is while throughly working together to make the visit quick and easy for both kids and parents. The teamwork is outstanding.
