"Dr. Murlia is a very kind, caring, compassionate, great listener, and very Knowledgeable physician. She has wonderful bedside manners for patients. I gave this establishment four stars (not to reflect on Dr. Murlia). But, the nurse who took my vital signs was not a very nice person. When she called my name from the waiting room, I got up and she said follow me. She did not greet me!! When I sat in the exam room for her to take my vital signs, I said to her good morning, she did reply back. She mumbled something I couldn’t quite understand. I was looking for someplace to sat my purse and she said very strongly and rudely there’s a hanger on the wall. I had to look around for which side wall the hanger was on. I can’t say if she was having a bad hair day or not because she was wearing a long wig. I did report this to the doctor and she stated she would follow up with the nursing supervisor. This was something I’ve never done with a physician before. This was my first visit to your establishment. I am so sorry I had to dump this on you. All the other nurses that came out and got patients said good morning to them. Your clerical staff, they were fantastic!!!! Thanks so very much for the services you provide to patients.
