Starbucks

"DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS! Save yourself time money and frustration and just drive to another one. Ruining Starbucks name! Drinks we had orderedss from this store were BLAND! Not even tiny bit taste of coffee. We ordered Hot (pistachio latte, cappuccino etc), cold (ice shaken espresso iced macchiato) frozen (java chip, mocha Frappuccino) all BLAND! Even the matcha latte was bland! It was very disappointing and waste of money. I almost went back and return the last drink we ordered. All of those drinks we had just a sip This branch used to be good used to be one of the best. (Specially when it was by giant) but it seems like they changed barista. The previous ladies (baristas) were great! No wonder now there’s barely line at drive thru. They should change their from starbucks to ZEROSTARbucks!"

"I’m at this location now and there is no Starbucks. Looks like it moved to another spot about a 1/4 mile away. I even went inside the Giant grocery store thinking it may be inside- but nothing. Update- this pin needs to be removed. The new location is at 3390 Old Bridge Road. There is already a pin for that one. Just get rid of this one."

"I’m writing this review for the girl who answered the phone and helped me with my drink. she was pretty rude for no reason like a passive aggressive attitude. saying things like okay… and being rude when SHE got confused. and just overall not nice. bad mornings happen but i’m a regular and i did nothing to you i couldn’t imagine what she would say when she experiences an actual rude customer. still will be coming everyday and trying to find out who i called."

"i come here every so often to do homework, i’ve never had any mistakes on my drinks at this location which is great (nondairy) and the staff is pretty friendly. someone’s always welcoming folks in which seems like a small detail but it definitely helps ppl feel comfy and at least seen! other locations lack that and pretend customers just aren’t there and basically avoid any eye contact which i def understand it gets busy but a simple greeting does go a very long way as i’ve noticed at this location :)"
