"I had an excellent experience at this store. Yesterday I took my battery in for testing and your associate asked to keep it to give it a more accurate full charge. I picked it up this morning. At that point, I got help from Abdi who did a great job explaining the health of the battery. Then offered to test the alternator in my vehicle. So I went home and drove back with the problem vehicle. I was greeted by the lady that works there to see if I needed help and I told her I was waiting for Abdi. So I appreciate her offering help - that one doesn’t always happen in a store. Abdi went out and checked the alternator and the testing went well (the alternator is fine). He’s just a very affable guy and very customer friendly, and did a good job at what I asked him to do. Thank you."

"I tried to get an alternator checked this afternoon but the staff was clueless. One kid said he did it once before but then couldn’t even figure out how to mount it on the machine. I figured it out. (He at least tried.). Both staff members were non-apologetic and rather sarcastic - the older guy especially. I was not entertained. We left and went to a competitor auto-parts store. They ran the test with no issues and got my sale for a replacement alternator."
