"Navy Yard just gained a new MVP in the coffee game! When these java sluggers stepped up to the plate, I was thinking, "Is this the World Series of coffee?" But they weren't here to bunt; they came to hit home runs. The coffee is delicious. And don't even get me started on their pastries; they're like the secret weapon in a baseball player's lucky socks. But here's the curveball that threw me for a loop: This branch doesn't serve food. I mean, their food menu is like a grand slam waiting to happen. The steak and eggs at their Alexandria location? It's like hitting a game-winning home run with the bases loaded. So, to sum it up, Navy Yard's coffee lineup just got a power hitter, and I'm hoping for a grand slam of a food menu to land at this branch soon. Batter up!"
"Where else would you be on national coffee day? Being Greek I love that this coffee shop has Greek options. I always order the freddo espresso and spinach pie!"
"A chain of cafes that are known for their cookies. However, the prices at these places are quite expensive with a cookie costing roughly $6 and are MUCH too sweet. It's also crazy that an iced caramel latte for $7. There is some nice patio seating but there's not much room indoors to work."
"Cute coffee shop chain owned by 2 best friends who met in the 3rd grade in New York. Only window counter seating available but large patio area for outdoor seating. Yummy iced chai latte but $6.95 for a chocolate croissant. (Almost the size of my large iced drink.) Fun and upbeat music with WiFi available."
"New (June 2023) coffee spot in navy yard. They took the space from wework and made this coffee shop. They have a lot of bakery items it seems like cookies are like their “thing” although I didn’t try them. I had an almond croissant. It was really good I asked for it to be warmed and they had no issues. Some people get annoyed when I ask. I didn’t get to try the coffee as I had just made some at home before work. I will say. This is a “treat” spot for me. My almond croissant was almost $8 and the coffee is sort of pricey too. Won’t be a regular for me but it is nice. I loved the music that was playing in there as well I think it’s a playlist for the month according to the sign. “New mix every month” and you can download it with the QR code and it takes you to their Spotify."
