"The worst customer service ever in drive thru and the vanilla bean drink I wanted wasn’t made right and was vey messy and when asked to whip it off I was given a nasty attitude and the girl walked off. Someone else had to come fix the drink and nothing was done about the issue"

"Wait to long for a hot tea and Ice coffee I went in at 1:24 pm -1:45 pm still didn’t receive the drinks I had to asked for my money back, no apology at all from the cashier it’s always a issue with this local not only today. need to do better"

"I had a sore throat and had been drinking medicine balls all week (from other locations). I was in the area picking up food, so I decided to stop through the drive-thru to order another. The guy stated "We don't have the peppermint syrup to make it". I said back to him "For a medicine ball?". He responded sarcastically, "yeah, that's what goes in it". I didn't feel like going back and forth with him about how there is no peppermint syrup in a medicine ball. I also didn't trust having my drink made there, seeing how they don't know what goes in certain drinks. I simply stated "Never mind, thank you!" and drove off. Please train your employees properly!"

"I came inside to order an iced americano. I was told in advance it would be about 10 min because of the backlog, no problem. Almost 25 min later, still no drink. I asked for a refund. No apology from staff or management. The staff is working hard, but it’s still not good enough. They need to improve their systems and process or hire more staff."

"This Starbucks is located in a strip mall across the road from Chick-fil-A. It has a drive-thru for those that do not want to get out of their car. Most of the time I’m those people. I had the taste for a Pina Colada-ish type drink , so I ordered a Venti Pineapple Lemonade. I added coconut milk, heavy cream, 5 pumps of Vanilla and Vanilla Sweet Cold Foam. It was delicious. If I get the above again I will add whipped cream for more creaminess if that makes sense. This location was clean and the staff was nice. There were people conducting business and doing school work while others chillaxed inside and out. I would definitely go here again and recommend this location."
