"08/23/2023- I ordered breakfast using the drive through. The first person who takes the order was alright. By the time, I got to the window to pay, the team member sort of hesitated trying to remember my order( 1 Oatmeal, 1 medium mango smoothie). Then the pick up window, that team member totally lost it by giving me the wrong order. This occurred around 10:44 am. I was calm. I politely restated my order, and thanked the team member kindly and drove on! The team member did not speak English too well. So I was a little understanding. The customer just before me, however, gave the team member some words for mixing up her food order!"
