Dunkin'

"How hard is it to get an order of a coffee with cream and sugar, a toasted plain bagel (since they don't have any other kinds) and strawberry cream cheese right? Apparently too hard for the people working here. Why offer sugar at all when on the counter are all the sweetener options anyone could want, except they don't have any stirrers. They gave me the coffee, said they had to toast the bagel. They didn't even bother to wrap the bagel in wax or tissue paper like most places do, they just put the bagel in a bag and gave me the wrong cream cheese. This is simple stuff. Imagine how bad they would be if they had the whole menu to work with."

"4am opening is more of a guideline at Regan Airport. No place that said they opened at 4am actually opened at 4, more like 5ish. And when the coffee places, like Dunkin, finally did open, they didn't even have all they needed. No supplies for lattes, macchiato or anything other than black coffee and stale donuts."

"They literally NEVER have everything or even most things on the menu. Worst location I’ve ever been to. Whether it’s missing whipped cream or the toppings or the flavors. They need a refresh or to close. Being one of the only options open early it’s disappointing"

"I know your in an airport with limited choices, but DO NOT GO HERE! While flying out if DCA I stopped by dunkin donuts #356962. I ordered my already overpriced small coffee and it charged me a $4 tip when I selected Other. This is unacceptable. When I told the guy he just said, I didn't touch anything, and just proceeded to help the next customer and ignore me. Clearly this happens all the time there. I did not authorize this inflated tip, they just took it."

"Nasty attitude clerk, just plan nasty, clerk making coffee. I asked for a cup. Very nasty, she told me "$1.09. The cup not free." I went to get money for the clerk. Bought it back, your clerk told me, "I'm not just giving you a cup. Wait in line." The money wasn't the problem. It was her attitude. I sat down and got a picture of your clerk. Your clerk comes from around the counter, her workstation, & walks up to me, and threatens me about calling airport security. She should have never stepped from around her workstation. Sad."
