"While having received good care at the Bethesda office and being a new patient, I was not informed about the procedures of my appointment(s). I was simply escorted to a lab, where I was triaged and without any forewarning, an extreme amount of vials of blood were drawn. I say all of this to say, it was difficult enough for me to go to this appointment with my anxiety level on 10 only to be ushered from here to there with no idea of the office procedures. Personally, I like to know what's going to be done during my appointments. I hope someone reads this and understands that some new patients are already anxious and having their appointment explained to them helps to alleviate some of their stress."
