Interstate Battery System

"If I could give them zero stars I would. we’ve been a selling dealer for Interstate Batteries for close to 30 years… About a year ago we purchased a Deltran Battery tender from them and it was defective out of the box. We called them and they told us that we had to go through Deltran to deal with the warranty. I don’t know about you but that is poor customer service. We had to buy another Battery Tender for our customer and send this to Deltran to get it taken care of. Before this we did close to 15 batteries a month with them. The reason I am sharing this with you all now is we just had a defective Interstate battery come in and now they do not want to warranty the battery….let me re-phrase that…they don’t want to send out their truck here to warranty the battery, they are making us take it to their store 10 miles away in order to get it warranted. Mind you their truck has daily local runs and we see it drive by at least twice a day. So they are doing this out of spite. So now I will be sharing this experience with every customer and shop owner I know, local and non-local. Customer service is dead with these folks!"

"One of the stores I usually go to for $45 bucks you get refurbished battery with a 6 month warranty or 65 for a 12 month warranty can’t realy beat that unless you spend $150 or more at retail sellers nice peeps for sure"
