"After some initial hurdles with multiple deliveries, ABW made our buying experience a good one. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helped us select appliances we really like. Most installations went very smoothly during the busy season (Black Friday). Most importantly, they have excellent and responsive customer service there to handle any issues that come up. Would recommend."

"You walk in and are greeted with professional friendly staff. They show you all the options and you pick your dream appliances you bring them home and that is were the problems begin. We bought a Jennair oven with the griddle in the middle beautiful oven, install it and noticed the knobs don't line up. Call ABW, supper friendly and they send a repair rep who comes and orders a new knob, we wait and he returns with a new knob, same problem. Still waiting to get it fixed. Go to use the oven the middle rack doesn't go in because one of the lights is not flushed and prevents the rack from sliding in. Call ABW, another visit by repair people and get told not to use the middle rack of my 7k range. Go to use the griddle, the reason we bought this range, it doesn't work. Call ABW get sent to repair dept, the part is in back order, date of part to arrive TBD. Still waiting. Crickets, nothing."

"Subzero, Kitchen Aid, Viking, whatever high end brand that you’re looking for ABW Appliance Showroom: Arlington has it! Their staff are friendly and courteous without a pushy sales routine. Their showroom is currently undergoing renovation but that still doesn’t stop them from taking care of you without fail. Make sure to ask for Melonie D’agi if you’re looking for a total white glove treatment, you will not be disappointed."
