"Terrible. I placed a mobile order and I arrived and the drink still wasn’t ready. I watched how ever one else after me keep getting their drinks and I wasn’t getting mine. It wasn’t until I told them that they started to make it. It took 20 minutes to make my drink. Unbelievable."

This Starbucks inside the Annapolis Mall had 4 - 20ish employees. Horrible service. Horrible Peppermint Mocha. And such a lack pf respect for their customers!!! "EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I have never been in this mall and I usually ONLY drink Dunkin but decided to go to Starbucks because I remembered I had a gift card! The Af.American male and the Caucasian lady WERE PHENOMENAL!!! They made me feel like I mattered, my drink mattered and most importantly their patience with me was amazing! I have NEVER received such love from a coffee establishment especially one I don’t frequent much. I WILL make more 20min drives to come here and enjoy fresh coffee and GREAT service! "This starbucks is the only one place in this mall where you can find a variety of cappuccino, and for those who have lactose intolerance (like myself) there are some non dairy milk options. They offer oat milk, almond milk and coconut milk, witch I highly recommend with coffees. Plus the Starbucks has the butter croissant, the dipped madeleines and the best coffee cake in the world, you will never goes wrong!"
