"I usually have a good experience with this Starbucks. Maybe they just didn’t feel like working this day but it’s no excuse. I decided to make a trip after work as I work close by. I ordered a hot chocolate and lemon loaf. I was given my lemon loaf first and asked if I could have it warmed the worker Cameron responded with just “No” I was kind of taken back by her response so I said “I’m sorry” she then proceeds to explain why “it’s a burning hazard”. I get it I understand, but to just respond with “No” in the first place is unprofessional. I am a young African American woman and it made me question does she respond to everyone who comes in that way."

"I would’ve given more stars if it weren’t for the most incompetent, unprofessional barista I’ve ever seen. Mak was behind the counter making drinks and whining like a baby. There is absolutely no reason your employees need to be putting on baby voices this is ridiculous"

"I don't usually write a review for Starbucks (come-on, it's Starbucks!), however I want to specifically give a shout out to Brian. It was my birthday and I had gone to another Starbucks earlier that day where they denied me my birthday drink because it wasn't coming up in the app (the barista said there's nothing they could do, and to wait a week till it populated.) I came to this location, and Brian was so friendly and accommodating and helped resolve the issue instantly, and I truly appreciate him ending my day on a high note! Thank you Brian!"
