"Ordered online and picked up at the door. Had a delicious milk tea and pork sandwich. The sandwich was absolutely amazing, juicy char siu pork in a pineapple bun. Great combination of sweet and savory!"

"Don't be alarmed when you arrive at the address and think you might have ended up at the wrong spot. Cuppa Tea doesn't have a storefront, so you have to order online (or thru their app for buy 3 get 1 drink free right now) for pick up. When you arrive, just ring the bell and tell them your order number. The food and drink hit the spot! Particularly the HK style milk tea, banana milk, and braised pork bowl. While I wished there were some greens in the pork bowl like the bento options, the pickled radish and marinated egg were still good on their own as sides. The milk tea is strong enough, and not too sweet, without any adjustments. Service was friendly, and we'd definitely come back again to try other things!"

"I ordered through Cuppa tea app and the process is smooth and convenient. I ran the door bell when I arrived and a lady asked my ordered number and brought the food out. I had a pork chop bento, minced pork rice, marinated eggs and an amber pearl pudding milk tea with less sugar. The milk tea I received is very sweet and doesn't seem to be less sugar, the food was delicious and flavorful but 1/3 of the pork chop is fat which is very disappointed. The food is authentic and in beautiful presentation. I really hope they read the feedback and make improvement. Attach are photos of the food."

"Went 4 times just in March! So hard to find authentic Hong Kong style milk tea, and this place nails it. Highly recommend the sweet velvet ( which is the signature with condensed milk) and also the pineapple bun with butter(!)"

"Nice little spot tucked away in what looks to be an industrial park of Rockville. The food was not bad. We got the pork chop bento box which was filling. The pineapple butter bun was just as the name describes it - verrrry buttery. The only reason I’m docking them a star is because we ordered and paid extra for tapioca in our bubble tea and they forgot to add it in. We didn’t realize it until we got home and opened the bags which was too late. Otherwise, decent spot for takeout! Update: adding back the star since their manager called after seeing the review and gave us a credit back!"
