"I’m actually super impressed by how nice the atmosphere is. The building is such a cozy place to relax (or work remotely like I did). It’s very quite during the day with low lights, brick walls, TONS of seating, and an awesome upstairs space with a really nice view of the main drag in Georgetown if you get a window seat. The coffee is a bit pricey for the quality, but if you have a Capital One card and get the discount it’s worth it. Definitely coming back. Only real downside is that street parking is hard to find sometimes, but that’s Georgetown in general."

"Finally visited a capital one cafe. I'm really impressed. Great vibe & plenty of space to hang out. I really appreciate that capital one card holders receive 50% off any drink. And the drinks are excellent. Better than the mass produced Starbucks variety. They have other drinks besides coffee, too. I ordered a hot apple cider, & it was delicious, as good as a hot apple cider from a Christmas market in NYC. The barista also gave me a free cookie. I'm not sure if that is because I'm a capital one card holder, but I'll take a free chocolate chip cookie. I drank my beverage in the lounge downstairs. It was clean & had a nice setup. The restrooms downstairs were also very clean. I'll be back to try other drinks. This capital one cafe makes me happy to be a capital one card holder."

"Don’t bother with this “coffee shop”. The baristas were extremely rude, not welcoming at all, screaming the orders out loud and not even making eye contact with costumers. They complete burnt the poor cappuccino and latte we ordered. A machine probably would have done a better job sadly My respect for Verve coffee went down after seeing they serve it here. There are many great actual coffee shops in the area for you to try, and this one isn’t it."

"The place is a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink. There is a lounge on both the upper and lower floors, as well as some other seating areas. There is also an ATM on-site, and the coffee is good. They have a small selection of snacks available as well. They give you a discount if you are a client of Capital One."
