"I love this shop. It's very cute and cozy. My favorite thing is that I don't need to talk to anyone. Yay for in-store digital orders! Staff are friendly, but it's easier for me to order on the computers in the shop. Especially if I have a lot of things to get... which I did the first time I visited. It will definitely be my go-to after kbbq and hotpot, which are very close by."
"I got the brown sugar milktea and my daughter, got the macha strawberry tea and a strawberry mochi donut. The brown sugar milktea was amazing. Loved it. The Macha tea was kinda chalky in the strawberry bobas were gross unfortunately. It kinda had the texture of deformed peas. The bobas had little to no flavor . The tablet that you ordered on was malfunctioning,had to tap the screen a lot of times.The brown sugar milk tea and the strawberry mochi donut was really good though. It was cool they had games and some people wrote funny messages on the jenga blocks."
"I've visited several locations in the area but this one is definitely my favorite. I haven't had to interact much with the crew ever since they stopped taking orders (unless you have cash), but they are always friendly and helpful if needed. What makes this my favorite store, though, is how well-done the drinks are. They are always just so on point. I love how Gong Cha offers so much variety and their ever-evolving menu makes it impossible to get bored. But on the flipside, they have their "core" drinks + toppings that you can always rely on. I also love their rewards program."
"Gong Cha is an okay tea place, but I have had better drinks. We ordered the oolong milk tea and passion fruit green tea with aiyu jelly. They didn’t put a lot of aiyu jelly, and even at 30%, I still think it is a bit sweet. Based on the other drink options at the area, this is probably going to be your best choice."
"I was never disappointed with what we ordered here for the first time - strawberry smoothie with creme brulee foam! So good! Also, the ambience inside is nice, they have an area where you can sit on the floor."
