"Went they tested me for multiple things. The nurse said something about my arms dr replied with don’t worry about that that’s not what she came to be seen for. I dismissed it. Told me they’d call in a prescription. Med shop never received it. I called them and left 5 voicemails they never returned my call and I never received my med. It’s so frustrating."

"Everyone is very nice but I feel like my appointments are always rushed so fast. I don’t get to ask many questions and I forget to ask key questions I’m coming in with because of how fast my derm leaves the room. I’ve been trying to fix my acne for years now and I don’t see any improvement and I have more scars than before. I know it’s not an easy process and takes time to find a fix but im depressed and frustrated. I have to pay $45 a visit every several months to be rushed out in 5-10 minutes."

"Terrible Service! Billing is outrageous!! I have AMAZING insurance. Paid $75 for an appointment which then gets dispersed for CO PAY and so one which I have NO problem with. I went into the appointment. They froze two things on my hand off, checked my body for other things and I left! HOW THE HECK do you still send me a Bill for $70+ still owed!!!!! Highway robbery 100% I could have gotten a wart remover and did that myself at home!!!"

"Dr Brown is absolutely wonderful. I've only had 2 appointments with him, but feel a million times hopefully than ever was with Dr Hahn in Romney. I've had acne issues for 20+ years, and he actually seems to care, and try to find a resolution, and will spend lots of time talking to you about everything, explaining and listening."

"If you have to reschedule your FIRST TIME appointment the same day, you are DISMISSED from the practice. I could understand 2-3 times of same day cancellation/ rescheduling for this to be the policy, but the very first time? For your very first appointment? Today is a Monday and I needed to reschedule because I’m human, things happen. Now I am dismissed from the practice because I tried to reschedule and that is their policy. I couldn’t call yesterday or Saturday when I found out I needed to reschedule because it was the weekend and there is no voicemail. Absolutely ridiculous. Clearly no regard for health care and people. If you wanna go here, don’t be an imperfect human because they have no care or regard for you."
