"Have been wanting to visit Tatte since they opened and finally got a chance this week. Heard so much about the black sesame latte. Note, they only offer one size for the hot latte (small) and a bigger size for the cold one. I was expecting it to taste like the Asian black sesame desserts but sadly, I only tasted the sugar and no nuttiness of the sesame. As I was getting to the end of the latte, I tasted the texture of grounded sesame at the bottom. I will give the latte another try but will definitely stir up the cup before I taste next time. Their house coffee has a great fruity flavor. Very nice. The staff were very nice and the atmosphere was chill and relaxing"

"Such a unique vibe and menu. I spoke with the people sitting around me at the countertop - all positive reviews on the food. I had the tumeric and honey latte. Wow. A new favorite. I watched the staff interact with customers and the service was kind and helpful. Yes there was long lines when I went - popular places do that. So if that is going to be upsetting wait. I think it was worth the wait."

"New place in town. Went there on a Saturday and I guess since it is a new cafe in town there were a lot of people and we had to wait in line for 15 mins to order. We were lucky to get a table and despite the traffic the service was quick. We were lucky to find a table inside but on request they even serve the food outside where there are public tables The food was great and a perfect place for a weekend brunch"

"I’m so glad Tatte is finally open! I’ve been to the Clarendon location a couple of times, but this location is much closer to home so I’m sure I’ll be frequenting it a lot more. It’s in a prime location - right next to Ben & Jerry’s, on Market St next to the Fountain Square Plaza. There’s ample seating both inside and outside, which is great since I’m sure it’ll be busy. Today I came with my husband and we ordered a hot chocolate, short rib grilled cheese, oatmeal & walnut cookie, and chocolate chip cookie. The hot chocolate was nice and very rich. The short rib grilled cheese was less grilled cheese and more like a sandwich with cheese on it, but we didn’t mind. It was amazing, but we only wish the cheese was a bit more melted. The cookies were also really good, not the best we’ve had but still good. Not overly sweet which we appreciate. Can’t wait to come back! Definitely love Tatte and can’t wait for it to be a staple at RTC."
