"My husband made a mistake trying to do his taxes and now he has to have them professionally done, He keeps trying to make appointments here and at the Pittsburgh mills location but they keep rescheduling him at a different date and a different time (always when anyone who works typical working hours would be unavailable) always either all the way over in cranberry or kittaning. Called them and explained that He needs an appointment after four they said “okay we will set you up with a virtual session” get the appointment notification… it’s at 10 am. What part of I’ll be at work then don’t you understand?! We have decided to take our tax services to a local office instead since H&r block keeps playing stupid games with us. Don’t say you offer appointments if you’re going to constantly reschedule them to times where your customers will not be available; that’s the whole point of scheduling an appointment."

"The charge I received at the end was ridiculous. I barely made over poverty waged for the year and am expected to pay about 500 dollars for your company to file my taxes? I am lucky that I am privileged enough to be able to pay that right now. Other people aren't. Not once did I receive a quote throughout the hour session. If I had known about this price sooner I would have walked out of the door. Your company has designed its fees to take money from those who work multiple jobs and have multiple w2's - according to you each w2/form has a price tag on it so the more jobs you work to make ends meet the more money you pay. That ultimately ends up squeezing money from those less fortunate or those who have to work many jobs to make ends meet, and letting the rich or those who only need to work 1 job, keep their money. And to have a company that does this that also does not offer clients to pay in installments? That seems biased and just a bad idea in terms of the way to run a company."
