"The shop has recently been renovated, the staff is friendly, and they make the drinks exactly as ordered. The whole place is clean and well-maintained. I tried the Pistachio Latte from the winter menu and it was savory and delicious!"

"we waited 35 minutes in the drive through to pick up a mobile order. when we got to the speaker we asked if they could ensure our drinks were still hot since it's been so long and they said yes it is. we got to the window and the drinks felt very light and definitely cold. i opened them up as we were driving out of the line and they were so empty!! my boyfriend went back inside to ask them to remake it and the lady said "well maybe you should've come in the store then." he was in shock he said "excuse me??" and she said "yes the drive through gets backed up you should've just come inside." he was speechless and just asked them again to please remake it and they did while whispering to each other and throwing looks at him. there were 3 other customers in there also waiting from the drive through with orders that were wrong as well. after another 15 minutes waiting inside he finally got our drinks and when we got in the car i opened them and they are exactly the same as the first two... very low with lots of foam and whipped cream that accounts for 2-3 inches of the cup. at this point we were livid. we tossed them and just left it's not even worth it anymore. we will most certainly not be coming back. the first two pictures are the first time around and the third picture is the remake."

"The clean and well-organized store atmosphere, friendly staff service, and delicious peppermint latte and oatmeal chai tea latte made it a perfect place for a date with my wife this morning."

"I questioned if my drink was correct before driving away (ordered with no lemonade and saw it made with lemonade). I was assured the drink was correct and I drove away. It was not correct and I didn’t have time to go back as I had to pick up my son. I tried to call 4 times, I was hung up on once, twice no one answered and 3rd time someone answeeed and hung up on me. When I reached someone, I told them about my experience and they presumably gave me the store managers number….and when I called it was a fake number!"

"It's always so very busy here! Friendly staff. Clean shop and bathrooms. Today I chose to try their Mocha Cookie Crumble, which I have attached pictures of. It was like an oreo shake and quite delicious for the blistering hot day."
