"I was waiting for my drink and I could tell they were a little behind. I don’t know her name but she has blonde hair and she yelled at a customer over the speaker to hold on. After someone else told her that they will be right the customer. I worked in the food industry and no matter how frustrated I would be I would never take it out on a customer. This is just unacceptable and unprofessional."

"Worst customer service ever! I have been going to this location since it opened, and never found a single time someone reday to take my order even its not busy. I never get my order within 15 minutes even if you order online. This is the only location on my way to work and they keep on testing my patience!"

"If I could give no stars for service, I would. I placed my order on the app when I was 10 minutes away. I get to the location and go to pick up my food and it’s not there. I tried to get the attention of a worker and she looked at me, rolled her eyes and went back to whatever she was doing. Finally, someone asked the name on my order and then she went to check on it but no answer. Then another pet came up and said it was almost ready. Then the person that handed it to me, just slid it to me without even saying anything. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. I guess I keep going back because I work down the road from the location."

"Starbucks should focus less on their political stances and more on providing a quality product in a timely fashion. I don’t understand why it is so hard to make orders to completion in the order you receive them."

"First at drive through window, the air conditioning was so loud I could not hear the barista at the window. Then barista holds the machine to pay you you can’t handle my card it can be difficult depending on how close you are. Then I order a tall spice and pumpkin latte and it’s 3/4 full, maybe not even that with whip cream and almost 7 dollars. The 8 ounce latte really wasn’t that good — not for $7. This is not the first time - I had a latte from Starbucks that a 1/3 air. Disappointing and too expensive for product."
