"Try to buy your car elsewhere. As long as they are selling and you're buying they are sweet and charming. But when something does not go perfectly, they cannot be relied on. My niece totalled a car a few weeks after getting it from them. After 7 different phone calls and promises to send over documents and plates to cancel registration, with absolutely no results, we had to go there personally to get them. The manager couldn't bother to meet us so he sent one of the sales managers. Plates and documents were ready in less than 20 mins. So it wasn't that it was a hard task. It was that they simply didn't want to bother to mail them. An hour drive there and back for the cost of a simple flat rate priority mailing? In other words $10.60 out of a $13,000 sale? You decide, these are the facts."
