"Absolutely THE BEST! Takes a while to get in, but do not trust your spine to ANYONE else. Took 6 doctors till I was blessed to see him. I have multiple joint replacements through 40 years. But the migraines and intense shoulder blade pain came upon last fall. I tried Altoona, Johnstown, Richland, they all brushed me off. I had to beg one of them for an MRI of my neck.I already had the lower spine MRI done in Altoona. Thank God I had them done. This office, and for good reason, requests to see these BEFORE they make you an appointment. Then view them in order of receipt. Just make sure you send either Priority Mail or signature confirmation. Took 5 months to get in, they are so busy. And since the current administration in DC screwed everything up, especially healthcare with staff shortages and firings, don't get discouraged. If it's bad enough for surgery, they WILL call to schedule you in. State of the art facility. Extremely nice staff. My first visit, the nurse checked me in, then the PA came in, and I thought, oh no, am I just going to see the PA and get brushed off?! Then Dr Cohen-Inbar came in. He sat down and said, Ms K, you must know you need surgery....He was wonderful. And thanks again to the current DC idiots, he had flown to Israel for family, and got delayed I think there was a shortage of pilots. My surgery was delayed. Then they called to schedule me immediately when he got back, but called to cancel because of operating room staff shortages. Thanks joe! I am sure they get everything THEY need!! Then finally 6 weeks ago, I had the 2 ruptured disks in my neck repaired by Dr Cohen-Inbar. After the "nerve awakening" which was horrific, NO MORE PAIN in neck, shoulder blades and no more migraines. Long time coming! Today is my next visit for repair of my lower back fusion and twisted fusion from 2001. UPMC Western MD staff are wonderful. Do not risk your spine to anyone else."

"Highly recommend Dr.Cohen-Inbar. He performed my second spinal fusion in March 2022. Since his team could not find any records of my old hardware from an 18 year old fusion, they purchased hardware from all of the known suppliers so they were ready for anything they encountered. I woke up pain free. Of course after the meds wore off, I had some surgical pain for a few days. After five days I was able to take long walks. I have not experienced any sciatic pain since the surgery which used to take me out of commission. I am one month out and the Doc said no restrictions on my activity.
