Dunkin'

"Let me start off saying I absolutely loved that this location in is my neighborhood!! I’ve been here many times, usually early in the am before work. My only issue is that I wish this location would step its game up a little. Maybe more Dunkin merchandise and more donut designs not just the basic donuts all the time. I’ve been to other locations and I’ve seen donuts made as spiders, ninja turtles, rainbows etc… step it up a little…. But besides that, I love it"

"They still had everything they had in the morning. It was very clean inside. The young man made my drinks faster than we thought he would. I was about to leave and he let me know he had something else to give me. I would have been upset when I got to my parents house and didn't have everything because I was moving to fast. I appreciate the fact he didn't let me leave. He could have like other places. Thank you Young man"

"I was the only person in the store and still nobody asked me if I needed or wanted anything. When I got tired of them ignoring me I asked if i could get some assistance the lady acted like I wasn’t supposed to ask"

"How do sit there and tell me you charge for ice this coffee is extremely hot ridiculous. Remember McDonald’s got sued because of hot coffee burning someone. The ice is for hot coffee. Donuts from yesterday you can tell hard and cold."

"They need to work on their Customer Service like really really work on it they're Customer Service Skills are Ridiculously Poor, they never have a Supervisor on site to assist a customer if there's a problem/issue so they treat the customer however they want an that's not good for business and the prices are to high they never have deals and they're nothing like the other Dunkins they don't have meals everything is sold separately, so whoever owns that store that Dunkin needs to even get replaced or get their store together along with the employees, if I was to grade them they would get a (F-) and as much money customers spend in there they shouldn't get treated like that and they should be appreciate as with deals and customer appreciate week or day something .. I wouldn't recommend this Dunkin to anyone."
