"Dear Ahmadu, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we received from World Wide Wings & Pizza. I hope I've spelled your name correctly, and I want to commend you for your exceptional customer service. Despite the policy of customers having to walk to their cars after sunset for delivery, you went above and beyond for my 70-year-old mother, who is unable to navigate the driveway. When she informed you of her situation, you promptly accommodated her request by delivering the order directly to our door. We are truly grateful for your thoughtful and considerate service. Turning to the food, even though we are just a four-minute drive from the store, we understand the challenges that delivery drivers face. The dishes arrived at a good temperature—not piping hot, but certainly enjoyable. We savored French fries and cheesesteak subs, and though our request for toasted bread was overlooked, the quality of the bread itself was excellent. In summary, our experience with both the service and the food from World Wide Wings & Pizza was highly satisfying. We extend our gratitude to you and the entire team for a job well done. While our only suggestion is a consideration for lowering the delivery fee, given our close proximity (only a mile away), it is a minor concern in light of the overall positive experience."

"I placed an order on Sunday at 12 for the game at 1. I received a text at 12:57 saying my order was out for delivery. At 1:25 an order was delivered at my house which was someone elses order. I called twice to tell them I was given someone elses order. At 1:42, the driver returned with my order and picked up the wrong one. At this time my food was cold, I was told by the driver that my food was not cold. I told him that it absolutely was. He told me to call the store and request a partial refund. I called and was transferred to the manager, who told me that he would not give a partial refund or no refund unless I had the driver come back and pick up my entire order. At this point people had put the pizza in the microwave. The "manager" then put the phone call on hold and never returned. Horrible service and I was a repeat customer!"

"If you want a chicken box with flavor..THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. Today was my first and last time. For 20 bucks I got 6 unseasoned, flavorless whole wings with fries and a soda. On top of the overpriced could've been fried better chicken that still had some feathers attached..... I asked for a menu...he told me it's 0.50. YOURE CHARGING FOR THE MENUS??? THE PRICES ON THE WALL ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE AND THERE'S A PAPER SIGN THAT SAYS THE PRICE MAY VARY AT ANY TIME... so you never know what you're paying. Well... moving forward I'm paying zero. I wish I could have my money back cause this is not a meal I'm pleased with. Yall gotta do better."

"I ordered wings , pizza, and a salad everything was good until I seen a green bug in my salad !!!!!!! I called and talked to the manager he said it was nothing he could do for me , definitely the worst customer service !!!!!!! Will be calling health department"
