"This store is a terrible location for a store. If you have 5 minutes go to the location at Taylor and Harford Rd up the street. It is on top of a busy intersection and it is almost impossible to get into at certain times of day. The drive through line literally can wrap around the whole store and it can get so bad they even have to block off the handicap parking out front because you can’t get in and out. Sadly this was a very poor choice for a location."
"I ask for Black HOT tea with SUGAR and they never add the sugar. They just hand it to you like they did. Service is slow and they don’t care whatsoever."
"I live nearby and frequent this location often. Friendly staff. I do feel like they’re always out of something (even if it’s a small item like the crunchy crumbles that get sprinkled on top). They run out of certain donuts quickly too. In general, it’s a basic experience."
