Dunkin'

"I order a dunkin wrap. I take the wrap out of the bag and the entire middle is frozen. Like cold to touch. How didn't the associate not know this? Undercooked food is not ok."

"Morning staff are very rude. they pick and choose who to be nice to and it’s really ignorant. they can’t make coffee right and that’s why i never come in there.. it’s always a issue.. then they tried to say i didn’t pay for my food.. the machine doesn’t print a receipt that’s their issue. i even showed the transaction that was made on my phone why wouldn’t i pay for it.. need to fire the whole morning staff. never had a issue with evening staff."

"I'm just going to say as I was placing my order a gentleman was having an issue with his order. The women taking my order had an unpleasant demeanor. As I was picking my change up off the counter (yes she did not hand it to me) and putting in my purse, she trying to take the next person and that interaction went left as well."

"This morning I went in. I ordered a medium mango refresher with green tea, four pumps of liquid sugar and a cinnamon raisin bagel. The registered wasn't working properly so I was held up with that. Had to wait a few to be rung up on another registered. Got to work discovered that my drink had a net in it , no liquid sugar and my bagel was not a cinnamon raisin bagel it was a bagel with seeds on it. Money wasted. So very disappointing."

"One of the employees touched the trash can and then grabbed my cup to make my drink, before making my drink I ask in a very polite if she could wash her hands. Just by asking that small favor she made me wait 30 mins and proceeded to wait on the other customers that came in after me a made me. May I add she never made the drink the first time, I asked her to wash her hands when she touched the cup. All I asked was if she could wash her hands and grab me a new cup. I was 30 mins late punching into work today. Because she wanted to be spiteful. When I got to work to call and speak to the manager she didn’t make the situation any better. She told me she was too busy to hear my complaint and to contact corporate."
