"The number one reason I go to Starbucks versus your competitors is because I can go anywhere in the world and expect to get a consistent cup of coffee whether I'm in baltimore, San francisco, or Bangkok that tastes the same. I've been here 3 times beings I grew up in the area and they are close by. Every time I order the same thing and everytime something is wrong with it. Im done with this location unless I get a refund or credited for their mistakes. How hard is it to properly follow instructions for a drink you make thousands of times a day. All ice barely any drink and espresso grinds all through out my drink.11/7/23 @2:50pm"
"This use to be my favorite Starbucks location and close to work. Lately it's been super overwhelming for the staff. They have been backed up even if you order mobile online it's still a wait. One day they didn't even open at all. I hope this is fixed soon. Maybe more staff is needed. My advice order 20-25 mins in advance."
"We love to come to this Starbucks the location is convenient, lot of seating,, and easy parking. I noticed this store has gone through some staff changes recently. Almost all their old employees are gone. The hires are just getting started, it caused some inconsistency of their quality of food, and service. We hope they get through this quickly and smoothly. Today, I noticed the unpacked boxes sitting on the floor and block the food shelf. Also most outdoor tables have no umbrellas. We have to sit in the Sun."
