"Went there this morning 12/07. Bagel sandwiches were ok. I've been here before and remembered them to be better. Same with the twice baked hash brown where they used to have flavor and now are bland, like biting directly into a potato with nothing. And the coffee was luke warm. I will not go out of my way for this again."

"I went there 11/30/2023 8:30 in the morning. I ordered dozens bagel. The black guy was very rude. Through the bagel I ordered in the box and being obnoxious about it. I was forced to cancel my order but it due to appointment with my co-workers. I like this bagel but I'll never go there because of his unreasonable attitude."

"The bagels are wonderful. I typically get a loaded lox sandwich on an everything bagel and I often get a hot specialty drink. Very yummy! Don't do the potatoes - as other reviewers have said, they are very disappointing. The drive-through was just as quick as going into the store. The staff is courteous. The seating area is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is generally clean (once it wasn't, but when I spoke to staff, someone went right away to check it). I'm told this is one of the busiest store locations in the region. It's easy to see why."

"My wife loves their bagels for lunch. The Ellicott city location is the closest one to her job. But when ordering delivery through door dash they have all customizations turned off. Not everybody likes whip in their drink or wants loads of butter on their bagel... So it's an extra hassle when I have to call the store after placing the order and most of the time they don't even answer. So when I messaged the dasher to ask them to make sure there was no whip on the drink they got an attitude with her like it was her fault. If you could select that on the menu or even type it in, it wouldn't be an issue. I've gone in, in person to order and asked them to lightly toast the bagel and still got a half burnt one and the workers are slow and have a "don't care" attitude. Call me crazy but when I'm spending close to $30 to get a bagel and a drink delivered, I expect to be able to get it the way I want it without the attitude."

"I don’t know how this place stays in business - has to be because it’s the only bagel place within 5 miles. Service is slow, the entire ordering process is dysfunctional, and the restaurant is so dirty. There were 20+ customers in the waiting area and there was no clear sign to direct people where they place their order, only through asking each other did we figure out there was 1 line for 8-10 min. to order, then you go wait in another line for 8-10 min. to pay, and then wait around for them to call your name with your food. The people working the registers didn’t greet the customers, nor did they provide any direction as to where to go next. The restrooms are disgustingly dirty (see pics) and don’t look to have been cleaned for years. Dept of Health should shut this place down."
