"Called and was quoted prices that were pretty reasonable for a lift on my jeep and was told I needed to come in to make an appointment and pay a deposit. Drove to the shop and suddenly the prices were $1000 more than before. I called them on it and the price dropped $400 and he tried to act like he never said the higher price. They tried to tell me they purchase lift parts for the same price as any other retail customer. Yet if you bring the kits yourself for them to install, suddenly their labor rate goes up $40 an hour. Additionally, doing the math, they were accounting for 9 hours of labor for a bolt on RC kit. Too many inconsistencies and "mistakes" in a period of 5 minutes for me to trust them with my expensive vehicle. Lie after lie after lie. I'll give my money to a shop that is up front and stands behind their word."

"I've recently made a couple of purchases here for my new SUV and they've been great. On the pro side, oversized items like the running boards I purchased often have complications and damage in shipping, which I was able to avoid by picking up local. They were also able to get them in much quicker than I could have by ordering online (same goes for a special order wiring harness I got). The only downside was that they wouldn't quite match online pricing, but they came close enough for me to support a local brick and mortar shop. Overall they've been very responsive, got my stuff in quickly, called right away when it got there, and were fair with me on pricing. I'll definitely continue to use them and highly recommend."
