"Worst service experience of my life. They messed up every part of changing a tire. Stripped my lug nuts , Damaged my wheels with a hammer . Luckily they took fault for there incompetence but while my wheels are away being repaired they just left my car on jack stands in the parking lot. Makes it look like I was robbed. Please avoid this location at all cost. I dropped my car off on Monday and it’s Thursday and I’m still with out a car. I had no idea patronizing this business would disrupt my life so much."

"Today (4-12-23) I went to Mr Tire to have new aftermarket wheels swapped on to my stock tires for my Bronco. I couldn't be any happier with their service! The gentleman working the counter (I think his name was Terry) was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He told me that one of the technicians left early for the day, but he would still try to fit it in and get it done before they closed. I dropped it off at 5 and he kept me updated with the progress. Closing time hit and they weren't done, but he told me they would get it done even though they were closed! They packed up the old wheels nicely and loaded everything up for me. They even took the Bronco for a test ride and took the time to shine up the wheels, even though they were closed at this point! These guys are great! Go see this Mr. Tire for all your automotive needs. I couldn't be happier! Outstanding job!!!"

"Five stars! I live in Annapolis and was in the area for a soccer game. As I was arriving at the field, I picked up a piece of metal in my tire. I knew right away because it was making a loud clacking noise every time my tire rotated and hit the pavement. I nervously parked and whisked my kids onto the field for their warmup. Then I started making phone calls to find someone to help me on a SUNDAY. I quickly discovered that most businesses up here are closed on Sundays, and the ones that were open were booked with customers. Thankfully, *DEVIN* at the 901 N. East Street location managed to fit me in. What an angel! I arranged to bring my car in immediately after the game. He instructed me not to remove the metal as it was plugging the hole, to keep an eye on my tire pressure as I drove the car, and to pull over and call for a tow if it got too low otherwise I could ruin the wheel. Well, somehow we made it Mr. Tire which was approx. 23 miles away. As I got out of the car, however, I heard a loud hissing sound. The tire was quickly deflating! Thankfully, Devin was ready for us and got right to work. He said they would do their best. I was hoping the tire would be fixed or replaced before closing time which was only an hour and a half away, so I could get my three girls back home to Annapolis. Devin was able to plug the tire before closing and we were on our way home! Throughout my ordeal, Devin was professional, calm, and helpful. Thank you, Devin, for taking care of my car late on a Sunday! It meant so much to be able to get my girls back home safe and sound. All the best!"
