"Great Kosher dunkin. Fast service. It's a pretty small store that gets crowded pretty fast. There's no place to dine in here. They have the self order kiosks that make the ordering process very quick and easy. Not a tun of parking either, but cars come and go pretty quickly."
"The male taking orders is very rude just because it was hard for me to understand his accent. Staff work fast. Hasbrown old and stale. Because of this store maybe little biased"
"They are really unpleasant workers here. Very poor customer service skills."
"I was excited to see a Kosher Dunkin Donuts during my travels. We made a special trip just to buy some food there, boy were we disappointed. The staff had an attitude as if they were doing us a favor by serving us. It seemed that we were bothering them when we asked questions about the food or even while ordering. I ordered an iced tea, to which the cashier clarified that I wanted it iced. I asked for it iced again and asked her to add some sweetner. When the tea showed up a couple minutes later, it was hot. I politely told them that I ordered iced tea. If looks could kill, I would have sticken dead right there and then. The cashier got in my face and said you didn't ask for iced. I responded calmly, yes, I did, and you clarified it. She said you didn't, to which her co-worker backed her and said I didn't (even though she was on the other side of the store when I ordered). She then grabbed the hot tea off the counter and proceded to speak in Hindi, in harsh tones, to her co-worker. They then delivered my drink (with no sweetner) and the couple of other mediocre tasting food that we ordered. What a horrible experience. Such a shame for Kosher restaurant."
