"I come to this location often. I order ahead and usually my order is ready by the time I get there or within 2 minutes. The last handful of times I've ordered, drove the 5 minutes to the location, and still waited 20 minutes for my order, making me late to work, despite leaving earlier every time. The service here has slowed exponentially. Probably won't be coming back unless I know I have a half hour to kill."
