"This is my go to Dunkin because there is no drive-thru in Gaithersburg. My only complaint is the way the drive thru is there is no organized line which can be stressful when its busy and people are trying to enter from different directions."

"Lately this Duncan has continued to go downhill. I feel like there's always an issue with each of my orders whether it's from carelessness or bad customer service. This is the most convenient location to my home but I think I'm going to have to start visiting others because I don't have money to continue wasting. To be more specific today I ordered the snacking bacon which is supposed to be eight pieces of bacon I received three to four and a half pieces not to mention that it wasn't even hot and appeared undercooked. I've done several surveys after visiting and no responses to them so I figured this is the next best option. It doesn't make sense to go in and try to speak to a supervisor because the one that I've encountered on a few incidences was pretty rude."
