"It's a small Starbucks within a Safeway. Expectations should be managed. They can make a good cup of coffee, maybe a latte, but that's it. It is staffed mainly by high schoolers. Special orders can get jumbled or take a while. No heated food. But it is the only Starbucks in the area. If a more legit location is important, the Starbucks in Mt. Airy is top-notch."
"Wish they would get a REAL Starbucks around here instead of the halfway one in Safeway. The drinks are good only about half the time. It seems like just when they get someone that knows what they are doing, you never see them again. They really aren't the same. If you have a Starbucks card, several of them don't even have a clue how to refill it with cash. Staff is not well trained overall."
