"Last Saturday at 10am I met a friend at the Damascus Starbucks . We hadn't seen each other for many months so we planned to spend several hours catching up. Our drinks were fine. There is a large comfortable seating area and we got a table far away from the counter and other tables. However, half an hour after we arrived, the music was turned up so loud we couldn't hear our conversation. We ended up leaving. Starbucks missed out on filling several more drink orders for us."
"I've been going here regularly since it opened and I've never had a subpar experience. Every single service staff member is the sweetest human being on the planet; the one time that mobile order messed up they were so accommodation about trying to replace the drink. They've always gotten all my substitutions right and always have a genial or bright air to them. I love this location so much I'll go out of my way to go there."
