"I started out with a referral from my pain management doctor. He wanted me to try aquatic therapy for my steady pain for arthritis. "I’m a whole person due to the careful, diligent work of the Megan Rich staff. One year ago I could barely walk into the beautiful facility. A year later, my posture has greatly improved, my strength is wonderful. They provided everything I needed from hydro chair to assist entry and exit for warm hydro therapy. As my strength improved, I was able to begin using the equipment in the gym area with excellent guidance from my therapist. The staff was wonderful and I felt fully supported both mind and body! My therapist knew when I needed hands on massage to release muscle tissue and heal. Heat or cold was used to improve results. I will miss my therapists but I will continue to improve with the help of multiple classes offered to maintain results met! Everything from aqua therapy classes, yoga, cardio and more. I have been in therapy for five years, had three major spinal surgeries and been to multiple therapy groups.
