"My daughter went to get blood work there, because she is new patient, the Philippine guy asked her driver license first without checking anything, she did not bring her license, he refused to go through without her driving license, so we have to drive back to home then get license, but after we arrive there , there were a lots of patients, he never think we were there before, we had to to restart to get registration on computer again, my doctor’s office faxed them the order, it takes them forever to receive online, that Philippine guy’s attitude was so bad, my daughter almost passed out because no eat and drink for blood work, finally, we were waiting there for 2 hours , still no orders coming through my doctor’s office, I called the office , they did fax the order, my daughter decided to give up the blood work, no one wants to have blood work done in there which this type of service, please see this before you go there."

"Generally I don't have a good experience with these walk-in blood draws, but even with an appointment it took forever to see someone. They were very pleasant, but very slow, had to type in ever single test (hunt and peck method for typing, too) even though the order was sent in way before my appointment. Not horrible, not the best. It is what it is, these days, I think."

"My daughter whom is a college student had to get blood work done for a job. My child called me frantically after she to pull over on the side of the road because she is bleeding badly from her arm and is light headed. She said she went back and forth with the technician explaining to her that she has small veins. She tried to advise the technician on the best way to get blood. The technician DID NOT LISTEN! If I could give negative stars I would. And of course you can’t get a single person on the phone. I’ve attached a photo of her arm before she left…I am livid!!!!"

"Walked into the office, person at the front desk refuse to look up or answer me. Another staff member came through the side and asked me if I had an appointment. All I was trying to do was see if they were taking walk-in's still. She informed me that they weren't, I'd have to come back on Monday. Which is fine. But I informed here I had been trying to call for about an hour to see when was the latest I could arrive and still be seen for a walk-in, since I know they close early on Saturdays. No one answered. (The voicemail just kept saying they were open till 4:00 p.m.?) I figured I'd try my luck. Google says they're open till 11am and I got there around 10:40am. She looked at the person at the front desk, and stated "I don't even know if we have a phone..." The girl at the front desk, again, refused to even acknowledge me or take part of the conversation. I was so surprised by my very quick interaction at this office I was almost speechless. No one knows if there is a phone at the office? As someone who works at a medical office I was caught so off guard. I have been to other locations and had great experiences. We're are new to the area and will not be returning to this location."
