"In no way is this racist, but if you can't understand English you shouldn't be working at a place where most of your customers speak English. I asked for a cookie butter cold brew. With milk. He didn't understand that I said whole milk, not oat milk. Then I simply said regular milk. My order is up and he gives me two plain cold brews. So I correct him and say I asked for two cookie butter cold brews. So he proceeds to JUST PUT COLD FOAM on top. He didn't put the flavoring in it. If I wanted a regular cold brew I would've asked for one. This was simply laziness."

"The donuts keep getting smaller and smaller, shrinkflation is real, pretty soon I'm going to be able to use them as rings, delicious tiny rings. Drinks are still pretty good, yummie $4 coffee. Hot food is still disgusting, bagels are also victims of shrinkage, staff and very very nice, aside from one bearded teenager who is v dopey...I think it might be from his 'recreational' activities."

"One of the cleanest Dunkin donuts I have ever been. Friendly staff and good selection of fresh donuts on location. Because of COVID they do have plexiglass separating the counter and u need to shout a bit when placing the order. Make sure u check the order before you leave. They made mistake on my order. I ordered power breakfast but got sourdough instead."
