"Just about all of my visits to Olive Garden have been great however yesterday took the cake so to speak. I opened up my napkin to find two human hairs, or at least I think they were human hairs. I was thoroughly disgusted, but kept my complaints on the lower end of the sound spectrum. I asked for another set of silverware, and it looks like there were some sort of dust like dust from the outside of the Breadsticks all over the napkin For some reason I was trying to be polite and I spoke to the manager and asked for a half price or shall I say a discount of half of my meal off which is exactly what he gave me with very few. Apologies very matter fact, and at this point, I’m not gonna be going back for awhile"
"There have been many improvements to this place since the last time I visited. All the dishes and silverware were perfectly clean. The salads and bread sticks came out quite fast. The bread was nicely buttered and fresh. Our waiter kept the salad bowls , bread baskets and drinks full at all times. The entrees were delicious and we wished we had more. Will definitely be back"
"It was my first time trying Olive Garden ever so I was excited because I love pasta. • We came Saturday afternoon, the waiting time was 1 hour. • The food was okay, for me it's too oily. • The price for the food we were served was a little bit overrated. Though the service was not bad at all and the server was very accomodating! My first experience wasn't as good as I was expecting. 7 months later, I still couldn't get myself to go back. :'("
"Kitchen staff needs some help. There is a need for diversity in the Kitchen! Food looks beautiful but is lack luster in taste and flavor. Very disappointed. The highlight is the salad and bread sticks. Great ice tea!"
