Got helped by Chase and Keagan (I think?) and they were great and the food was in my hands before I had time to step away from the register."

"Went around 2, and I was the only one in the drive thru. So glad I missed the lunch rush. They were super friendly and fast as usual. I just love the new honey pimento sandwich but think the pimento could be less milky, as it made eating it a little messy. The honey could be thinker so it stays in the sandwich too, not drip or leak everywhere. That's my only two suggestions. Great tasty sandwich otherwise! Oh and the mac-n-cheese was awesome per usual with all the yummy brown crispy bits on top that's my favorite part."

"We are visiting from out of town and were severely displeased with our experience. We tried the new Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich at a different location and loved it! Based on a pleasant experience we decided to order 3 of the new sandwiches from the Ranson location and the result was terrible: poor presentation, taste, and overall experience at the Ranson location. The app timing was way off, the sandwiches were DRENCHED in honey and therefore soggy, one of the sandwiches was even placed in the bag on its side so that the toppings all puddled and was a ridiculous mess to try to eat. I will not order here again when in the area."
