"The recommendation came from our contractor, and overall the staff, presentation and food were all bad. I hate to throw food away, I consider it wasteful...I threw it away. The taste matched the presentation - cold and not good, one of the worst experiences of my life. I understood why there was no one in there and why I should have turned around."
"Food is okay. Fries are good, but every time I order the chicken, it is somewhat cold, and they are very stingy with their yellow sauce. Sadly, this is the only option we have for now."
"I've been to several of these style of Peruvian rotisserie chicken places, all very similar. We had the family meal #3 that had 2 chickens and 6 sides to go. Service was outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and polite. The food came out very fast (drive-thru speed). Here is the rankings compared to similar chicken places: Chicken - 6/10 OK flavor. Somehow dry and soggy at the same time. It was missing something.. or maybe a couple somethings. Sides: ***Red Potatoes - 6/10 Cooked perfectly and a nice texture. Needed seasoning..a lot of seasoning (this is a theme) ***Peruvian Rice - 4/10 Dry, bland, and nothing but a ln even more blank canvas than white rice but with more calories. *** Plantains - 7/10 Not bad. Sweet and cooked well. *** Mixed Veggies - 2/10 Eww... ZERO seasoning. I think they even kept them clear of the salt shaker. Overcooked... mushy.. Nope. *** Yuca -- 7/10 At least salt them a little... but nice. *** Black Beans -- 7.5/10 Very nice. Good flavor. A little seasoning once again could make these pop. Probably won't be back here. The staff was awesome and the place was very clean in a nice location. Price was VERY reasonable. They need to tweak what they have a little and it would be a good regular rotation restaurant for my household."
"1st time going to this place, order the Lomo saltado, The flavor was amazing, the only down fault for this Restaurant is the portion fell a little to small for a 20$ meal, and the other part that is a personal preference is that, there is mirrors everywhere and it felt like it took the focus away from great food and great service."
"We eat here about once a week where we get “our usuals”: chicken sub for me; Lomo Saltado for my husband. This time, I expanded my horizon by going for pork chops. I liked it but I also realized that I just like chicken more in general so I’ll stick with that in the future. My husband got the lomo saltado a lo pobre (steak and eggs) this time, which will be a repeat for him in the future. I’ll return for the garlic green beans alone— it was very flavorful! The plantains were perfect, per usual. We’ll also return for the rotisserie chicken, which we also get once a week to shred into salad for the week. They run different specials every day except for Sunday. Lots of seats for dine-in options; easy to find parking outside as well."
