"If you think just ordering from here is the worst imagine working there. worked there for under a month was already on the 2nd manager. Rude mean crew members that never help new people. I argued with almost every girl I worked with because just like they’re customer service they’re the worst! Inside and out! Everything about this place sucks! Down from the coffee to the manager brandy. Tia is the only sweetheart angel in that building."

"We stopped at this Dunkin' during a road trip in the early afternoon. We went inside and ordered on their touchscreen kiosks drinks and a half dozen donuts. While we waited for our drinks we got enticed by the Baskin Robbins ice cream flavors they also had in store. We decide to get a cup of pistachio almond ice cream to share as we waited for our order. It was delicious. We waited a long time for our order. We noticed multiple new cars going through the drive thru and getting their orders before us. Our Frozen Matcha, and Pumpkin Spice Lattes were good, and the donuts softer and more fresh than most dunkin locations I've visited. Our Boston Cream, Maple, and Chocolate Iced donuts were enjoyable. I'll give it 5 stars because like the Baskin Robbins Dunkin' combo, and the quality of the late day donuts. None of the donuts seemed stale or dry from too long on the shelf."

"I was not really pleased with this location. The service was mediocre and the crew didn't seem like they wanted to really be there. I had a slightly big order that I was picking up and they didn't even have single creamers, I was given creamer in a 10oz cup to share with a group of people. I believe they have to work on inventory issues and speed. It wasn't that busy inside but it took a while to get my order. Speed is key when working in a place like this and I've heard pretty bad reviews from others about this particular Dunkin' but I decided to not go by hear say, I wanted to experience this store for myself. To my conclusion, everyone was right. I hope you all work harder on speed and just overall being friendly to your guests. This is not to discourage, but to encourage you all to be better. I know the food service industry can suck, believe I know I've done it. Just try to be your best and hopefully things will fall in place."

"Very clean. Staff super nice. One lady running the place worked like a five star general. Would have trusted her to send our troops overseas and bring them all home. We got some donuts and the loaded hash browns, everything was delicious. We also got two iced coffees, both fantastic."

"This place is always busy. Donuts were great and coffee was delicious! Customers were getting impatient, but with the amount of cars in the drive thru, the line inside and the mobile orders they were trying to fill they were doing an amazing job and were all friendly and calm. Even though some of the customers were getting annoyed because they had to wait."
