"For over 10 years no matter where i live, this is the only h&r block location i patronize. Having said that.. minus a star only because apparently the rep who submitted my return last year, filed me as married. I was informed of that status this year, have never even been engaged. Also, clients are no longer allowed to use the restroom. I catch the bus after work, and had to go upon arrival. which meant i had to run down to the local supermarket restroom after signing in. by the time the preparation was done needed to go while waiting for the bus, and the surrounding stores had closed. Agents need not engage in small talk or otherwise slow down the process.. if customers are not able to relieve themselves, please speed up the service."
