"After spending over $400 to have our taxes filed, we found today that Stevans & Associates had NOT ever successfully sent our return through. We filed as soon as we could because we desperately needed the money, as many of us do right now. After patiently waiting 3 weeks we decided to check the IRS website to track our return, however, we could not find it. After giving Stevans & Associates a call, we found that our return had just been sitting in limbo and had never in fact been sent to the IRS .
