"We have been going back and forth for 3 days now. We purchased 2 hats on Saturday and returned again on Sunday to get it customized. They told us to go back the following day because no one was available. We go back today and they’re closed on a Monday at 1pm. I’ve been calling and no answer. The store has been closed all morning with no proper signage despite their hours of operation stating they’re open. This is the worst experience. We’re here for a short time on vacation and this was supposed to be my sons birthday gift."

"Good variety of baseball caps in most teams. Winter hats as well. Stopped in to get a hat for my husband and a hat for my daughter. They have pretty good sales and clearance items too. Today the sale was buy 2 get 1 free. The employee greeted us when we walked through the door, he didn't pester us while we looked (which I appreciate), and he was joking and making us laugh when we checked out. Store is neat, inventory is tidy, and items are easy to find. Husband got a regular adjustable cap in his favorite baseball team. Daughter got a Frozen 2 baseball cap. She also wanted a football team cap."

"Daughter and I were just in the store and no acknowledgement from the worker at all and we were the only customers in the store. We both work retail and know that acknowledgement is the first impression your making on your customer base. Plus the amount of things you have to offer is sad. Was really expecting more from fanatics, since we purchase online all the time. Will try one more time closer to the holiday maybe things will be better then."
