"I have been going to Jackson Hewitt for years. I will not be back after this year. First of all the fee went up. They charged me a little over 800 for a single w-2 return. The advances were jokes this year even though I got a larger return than the year before. I filed Jan. 2 long before people I know and they all either have pay dates or got paid but mine just says processing. So I call in and ask what was going on. The woman on the phone instantly got an attitude and tried telling me that I didn’t physically see what I’m saying. So after 14 years or so I will not be back and I suggest unless you don’t care about what they charge and don’t care about poor customer service DONT go to them!"
