"Ordered a bouquet of fruit as birthday gift. The strawberry's were delivered with MOLD. The pineapple was mushy/spoiled. The rest of the fruit was just not good quality. Very embarrassing on my part to send this to someone as a gift and obviously a refund was in order. I found out about this after business hours, and called the store the next day. I left a message describing what had happened. Two days passed, no return phone call. Reached out several more times, no answer, no return call. Reached out to cooperate offices, who contacted the store, who then decided they'd call me back. Received a sub par attitude and no apology for what had happened, and further running me around where I then had to wait for owner to call me. The owner, then basically implied it wasn't possible that they'd send moldy fruit and I was lying. I then sent him a picture with time stamp of the moldy strawberrys from the same day of delivery, and a screen shot of the phone call to the correct phone number and duration of 1+ minute proving I had indeed left a message at the right number the following day. He then said "the best he can offer is a store credit." Where I insisted I would never eat anything from this business again, and a refund was the only acceptable resolution. He continued to just talk in loops and kept using the line "I don't understand why it took you a week to reach out", where I repeated for third time that I had been reaching out, they just didn't bother to return my call. I then had to stop dealing with this person and contact the headquarters once again, and dispute the charge with my bank. The cooperate headquarters then issued a refund when I explained the full situation. Based on this experience, I highly recommend not eating anything from this establishment or sending someone a "gift" from this business."
"They do not deliver regular products during a holiday even if it's for the holiday you're celebrating! They do this for ALL holidays so say you want roses and chocolate delivered for valentine's day it has to be under the holiday or you can't have it delivered. Now, if she had more experience and was more professional she would not have hung up on me for laughing and saying are you serious that's ridiculous, she would have said I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience but you can still pick it up or I can edit something in the name so it can be delivered since it is for Mother's Day or done something so they would not lose a customer and an order but nah that is not what happened..."
"I placed an order for my coworkers birthday to be delivered at our office the day before she went on medical leave. I ordered a "Birthday" box, birthday decorated fruit and a birthday balloon. The delivery was before noon, but they didnt give the delivery person the balloon and the box and fruit were plain. For spending almost 100 dollars for a "wow" experience, I thought I would get what I ordered. I immediately reached out online to see if at the very least the balloon that indicated her birthday could be dropped off. The store manager called me that afternoon and left a voicemail(even though in the notes i stated please contact me after 4p or via email because Im at work and cant have my phone out) When i listened to her voicemail she said "Sorry about that" and she can deliver the balloon the next day. I called her the next day on my drive home and explained, she remembered immediately and said "Well, I dont know what you want me to do. The best I can do is refund you for the balloon." I asked her that being the store made the error, how did she plan on correcting the situation. She responded, "Well, I tried to call you to see if we can redeliver yesterday balloon but you didnt answer youre phone." Im so glad i saved the voicemail where she CLEARLY stated she could pointlessly have the single balloon delivered the NEXT day. I lve worked in customer service for almost 10 years, and this Brenda needs competancy training and guidance on how to speak to patients as well as resolve issues. She repeatedly made it seem like she was doing me a favor by refunding me for merchandise I did not recieve. I remained calm the entire conversation and she tried to rush me off the phone and told me she would "relay this issue to someone who would reach out." Im from NJ and order from Edible arrangements all the time for their beautiful products and exceptional service. I was very surprised when i recieved this mediocore delivery and with missing merchandise and incorrect packaging. I was willing to pay almost 100dl dollars to lift my coworkers spirits before her leave. Unfortunately, Edible arrangements fell very short of not only "wowing" the recipient, but also severely feel short with their customer service to try to ammend the error. I would not recommend this location to anyone and Ill be sure to let my coworkers about this diservice.Hopefully, with all these other reviews on the customer service corporate will look into this further."
"My Birthday is Feb 15 and gets lost in the Valentines shuffle sometimes. My Daughter had the chocolate covered strawberries delivered today and they are amazing. So sweet and the chocolate you use is melt in your mouth creamy. Delicious."
"I have never had a bad experience with edible arrangements in the past, until recently. I ordered a fruit arrangement to pickup from the Royersford location. This is what the pineapple looked like when I picked it up. I was very upset so I called to speak to a manager. Apparently the manager wasn’t there and the lady on the phone insisted the manager would call me back first thing in the morning when she got in. Never heard back from her. These arrangements aren’t cheap, I at least expect the fruit to be good! And if not, then fix the problem. Not good customer service!"
